Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Blipze, operated by Vadlamudi Vamshi Krishna. Please also read our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines.

Blipze is a social platform for sharing Blips, photos and polls, following people, joining groups, and discovering conversations by topic or coarse locality. It is not an emergency service or an official government channel.

Blipze is intended for people aged 18 and above. You are responsible for activity under your account, keeping your sign-in details secure, and maintaining accurate account information. Do not impersonate another person or organisation.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Blipze a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce and distribute that content only as needed to operate and present the service.

Blips, profile details you make public, group activity, comments and poll activity may be visible to others. Share only content you have the right to publish and avoid exposing another person’s private information.

You agree not to use Blipze to:

• post spam, deceptive or unlawful content;
• threaten, harass, abuse or incite harm;
• violate privacy or intellectual-property rights;
• manipulate polls, follows, reactions or other platform signals; or
• disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to the service.

We may review, limit, hide or remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts to enforce these terms and protect the community. People can report Blips and other social content for moderation. We may retain moderation evidence where reasonably necessary for safety, abuse prevention and record integrity.

Blipze is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change or occasionally be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, Blipze and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for content posted by other people. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using Blipze at any time. To request account correction or deletion, email support@blipze.com. Requests are handled subject to identity verification, legal obligations, abuse prevention, moderation integrity and the retention terms in our Privacy Policy. Historical civic records created under the former product remain preserved in the backend but are no longer part of the public Blipze product.

We may update these terms as Blipze evolves. We will update the date above when material changes are made. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
